The Night Rating allows you to fly at night in VFR conditions and can be added to your licence. It opens up a whole new world of flying, and, of course, also acts as a safety net should delays make you late home (assuming your airfield is equipped with runway lights)!
The training includes theoretical knowledge instruction and at least 5 hours of flight time at night. This should include at least 3 hours of dual instruction, at least 1 hour of cross-country navigation with at least one dual cross-country flight of at least 50 km (27 NM) and 5 solo take-offs and 5 solo full-stop landings.
If you already have your PPL and would like to enhance your training, contact us at +260 972 911055, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit us at Hanger 6A, Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, Lusaka, Zambia.
